Today is the day

We are glad Piper had a good time even though she didn't feel well! She was a trooper! It's tough to be away from home when you are not feeling well!

Today is the day for Little Annastyn. We are headed to Shands Hospital in Gainesville today to see what's up with the heart murmur that the peditrician found. Brian and my dad gave her a blessing last night for extra strength! My hope and prayer is that the cardiologist will say that (1) there is no murmur!

Please keep her in your morning/afternoon (and any other time you feel like praying) prayers!

Well on the way to Shands, Anna Mae puked all over the car. We called the doctor and rescheduled for Sept. 19th. So save your prayers for a couple of weeks!

Oh Brittan! I had no idea that Annastyn had a murmur. Is this a new catch? I of course will be sending extra prayers up for her and all of you. Give her cuddles from us!!

It was my first time with a new peditrician--and it was the first time that anyone has every mentioned "heart murmur" to me.

I read online that 90% of the kids w/ murmurs live normal lives--so it kind of stinks to have to pay to go see a specialist (a really expensive specialist) to tell you that your kid is okay! Of course, I would rather pay and hear my kid is okay than be paying over and over and over again (not to mention the emotional price) to hear that she falls within the 10% that need medication and/or surgery.

I think we are going to re-open our health insurance search to see if we can find something that pays for visits to the doctor--since our current policy is pretty much a major medical.

Anyways, that's it for now!
